Cookie Dough Fundraiser
This year we are offering an additional fundraising opportunity. This is a cookie dough
fundraiser, and it is estimated* that participants will earn a 40% profit.
Selling can begin immediately. Please print the order form and begin selling! When you have completed selling, orders can be emailed to Sheri Finn (slf5225@yahoo.com). All orders MUST be received by Monday,
January 16, 2012. If, after emailing your order you do not receive a response within 24 hours confirming
your order, please call the Finns at 330-262-1241. After placing your order, please submit a check for
the total amount sold (payable to KVBC) to:

Completed orders will be available for pick-up at Dalton Intermediate School on Wednesday, February
1, 2012 from 5 PM to 7 PM.

If the club sells less than 250 units, a $50 delivery fee will be divided amongst all fundraising participants, slighly
lowering the credit each earns.
