An outstanding high school athlete, Niki joins
the Kidron Volleyball Club as coach of an 18-and-under team. A four-year starter at Dalton, where she was a two-time
first-team all-league selection, Niki also played J.O. for six years. In softball, she was the starting third baseman
for the two-time state champion Bulldogs. As a freshman at Malone University, she was the starting libero
for a team that posted a 25-15 record in 2008.

Natalie Phillips

A former player at Wooster High School and
now a starter at Walsh University, Natalie is in her first season with the Kidron Volleyball Club, where she is coaching an
18-and-under team. While playing club volleyball, Natalie was named to the all-tournament team at Nationals in 2007.
At Wooster she was named first-team all-district her junior and senior years, along with Defensive Player of the Year and
all-league as a junior and senior. She also was honorable mention All-Ohio her senior year.

A former standout in high school and college, Kourtney is in her
second season with the Kidron Volleyball Club. A three-year starter and a two-year
captain at Waynedale High School, she attended college
at Ursuline, where she was a four-year starter and a two-year captain. She also
played on a USA volleyball team in Peru. Prior to coming to Kidron, she
spent three years with the Surge Volleyball Club near Cleveland.
In addition to J.O., she coaches the freshman team at Waynedale.

Chris joins the Kidron Volleyball Club staff
after a long career in the Perry School District, where she coached 7th and 8th grade, and served as a volunteer assistant
for the varsity team. She also played at Perry High School and Kent State Stark. In addition, she has run camps for young
players. In addition to volleyball, she has played and coached both basketball and softball.

A former standout at Central Christian, Jean is in her first season with the Kidron Volleyball Club. As a three-year starting
setter and two-year captain, she is among the career leaders in assists at Central. She also picked up first-team all-district
honors as a senior. She played collegiate volleyball at Bluffton University and Goshen College, where she remains among Top
10 career leaders in assists per game. This will be her third season coaching club volleyball.

A talented player at West Holmes High School and Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Scarlett joins the Kidron Volleyball Club
for the first time this season. She has prior coaching experience at West Holmes High School as freshman coach for four years
and as head coach at Ashland High School. She and her sister, Marial, also a former player at West Holmes, will coach one
of Kidron’s 15-and-under teams this season.

Shanna Finn

Shanna is in her sixth year as a J.O. coach. She coached 12-and-under teams for three years before moving up to 16-and-under
in 2007 and 17-and-under in 2008, both of which were very successful. In addition to J.O., she coached the eighth grade team
at Central Christian to winning records in 2006 and 2007. This past season, she played a major role in helping Central’s
varsity advance to the Regional Final.

John has been involved in the sport of volleyball
for almost 40 years. His career began at Penn Hills High School in Pennsylvania, where he was a three-year starter for teams
that won three WPIAL titles and one state championship. His coaching experience includes stints at Duquesne University, California
University of Pennsylvania, and The College of Wooster. As head coach at Central Christian, he has guided his teams to the
“Elite 8” the past two seasons.

Jodi coached junior varsity volleyball at Smithville for eight seasons and played a major role in the Smithies success before
taking over as head varsity coach at Waynedale High School in 2007. She also has eight years of J.O. coaching experience.
As a player, she was an outside hitter at Smithville High School before going on to play at The College of Wooster.

An excellent coach and a very talented player,
Shannon is in her second year with the Kidron Volleyball Club. She has played a major role in the success of Central Christian’s
volleyball program, first as a middle school coach in 2007 and then as a varsity assistant in 2008. She also is the mother
of two players in the Kidron Club: Danae and Aleah. A former standout in college, Shannon played for three years at Taylor
University.

Andy graduated from the
College
of Wooster, holds a master's degree in Sports Science and is the instructor for the
Wayne County Schools Career Center's
Exercise Science and Sports Medicine Program. He was the athletic trainer at Wooster
High School for 17 years, Director of Athletic Training Services at Wooster Orthopaedics
and Sports Medicine Center, where he worked with most of the high schools in Wayne
County and was employed by Wooster
Community Hospital. He
has been highly involved in youth sports in the Wooster Area for the past 10 years. Currently, Andy is a part time
athletic trainer at The College of Wooster along with teaching at the Career
